What is RPA?

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a technology that is changing life in the office, allowing the deployment of software robots that support humans in front or back office activities.

With rapid example-based implementation, bots are trained to perform data collection, processing, input or update activities on virtually any system/site using the same interface a human user uses.

Robots mimic human behavior with agility and precision. Interacting with a system that simulates human work through keyboard and mouse, capable of operating applications, network systems, files and other digital information resources.

The day-to-day of a company is full of data collection and processing activities between disparate systems and digital environments, both inside and outside the company’s infrastructure, which consume thousands of hours of professionals in routine, mundane and low-value activities, but business operations are necessary.

Robots can perform repetitive manual activities 3 to 5 times faster than humans, allowing organizations to handle more tasks per day, which also helps reduce process time, enabling faster responses and a better customer experience

The manual insertion or validation of information in the system is subject to errors, when the activity is a bot, eliminates typing errors or duplication of erroneous data, in addition to allowing a deeper validation of the information, which in many cases is not feasible when the action is performed only by humans.

With RPA, software bots are programmed to run and handle a lot of work, allowing your team to put their talents to work by continually improving the customer experience.
